[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai dampak hukum dari peralihan hak yang didasarkan pada sebuah akta jual beli yang terdapat kesalahan didalamnya di Kota Bogor. Akta jual beli yang kehilangan ketotentikannya karena terdapat kesalahan didalamnya tetap dapat dijadikan dasar pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah di Kantor Pertanahan setempat selama tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan dan para pihak didalam Akta Jual-Beli mengakui perbuatan hukum tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksplanatoris dengan desain Preskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlu diadakan pelatihan penyegaran yang rutin bagi Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah agar tidak terjadi kesalahan serupa; Perlu dilakukan pelatihan khusus terkait pembuatan akta PPAT bagi karyawan dan staff PPAT agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan akta PPAT.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about legal impact of land rights transition that based on a flawed land rights transition deeds agreement in Bogor municipal. The flawed land rights transition deeds agreement has lost its authenticities because of its flawed, though it can still be used as the basis of registration of transfer of land rights in the Land Office as long as there is no injured party and the parties in the Deeds acknowledge the legal action. This research is explanatory research with Prescriptive design.
