ABSTRAKSekarang ini, Industri harus menghadapi banyak perubahan dari perubahan ekonomi, politik, teknologi, hingga perubahan manusia itu sendii. Untuk menghadapinya perusahaan harus mengikuti perubahan tersebut dengan change management, dan merubah cara pandang mereka tentang orang-orang atau karyawan. Thesis ini adalah tentang rencana bisnis untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan tersebut, untuk mendirikan Konsultan SDM yang mandiri untuk membantu banyak industri dalam menghadapi perubahan-perubahan khususnya perubahan pada manusianya. Konsultan ini akan dibiayai oleh pendiri tanpa investor dari luar. Konsultan ini akan memberikan 2 bisnis utama, yaitu outsource SDM dan atau memberikan servis yang terpisah. Perencanaan bisnis ini termasuk perhitungan keuangan yang akan memperlihatkan bahwa perusahaan ini dapat didirikan.
