ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pembuatan rancang bangun
sistem manajemen rekod elektronik yang terintegrasi dengan proses bisnis organisasi
(sistem manajemen kasus) yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna serta persyaratan
sistem manajemen rekod serta tepat untuk diimplementasikan di Pusat Dokumentasi
Bantuan Hukum, LBH Jakarta.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dan metode
pengembangan sistem adalah Extreme Programming. Pelaksanaannya terdiri dari
beberapa tahap, yaitu: analisis awal yang dibangun dari hasil observasi, wawancara,
diskusi kelompok terbatas, dilanjutkan dengan penentuan fitur dan persyaratan
fungsional, pengembangan purwarupa, implementasi, pelatihan dan evaluasi untuk
mengetahui manfaat purwarupa bagi PDBH.
Purwarupa dikembangkan menggunakan framework Drupal dengan
persyaratan fungsional berdasarkan Principles and functional requirements for
records in electronic office environments : guidelines and functional requirements for
electronic records management systems yang diterbitkan oleh International Council
on Archives sedangkan untuk metadata digunakan ISAD(G). Evaluasi menunjukkan
staf PDBH merasa pruwarupa bisa membantu kebutuhan pengelolaan rekod.
ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to build a prototype of electronic records
system that is integrated with organization business process (case management
system) that is compliant with user needs and records functional requirements which
will be implemented and tested in Documentation Center of Law Aid (PDBH), LBH
Jakarta.
Research method used is action research and system development method
used is Extreme Programming. There are some phases: preliminary analysis based on
observation, interview, focus discussion group, features needed, functional
requirements, prototype development, implementation, training for users and
evaluation to measure the benefit of the prototype to PDBH.
The prototype was developed using Drupal framework based on functional
requirements of Principles and functional requirements for records in electronic
office environments : guidelines and functional requirements for electronic records
management systems published by International Council on Archives and ISAD(G)
for metadata standard. The evaluation showed that PDBH staffs feel the prototype is
