[ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang Sidik bibir bervariasi pada setiap individu. Populasi Indonesia bervariasi dan penelitian mengenai sidik bibir pada populasi Indonesia belum pernah dilakukan. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui pola dan dimorfisme seksual sidik bibir populasi Indonesia. Metode Dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh 5 peneliti dengan menggunakan lup 3,5 dioptri pada 583 responden. Dilakukan analisis perbedaan pola sidik bibir pada populasi Indonesia Barat dan Indonesia Timur, serta dimorfisme seksual sidik bibir pada kedua populasi tersebut. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Pola sidik bibir populasi Indonesia Barat dan Timur khas tidak mirip dengan pola sidik bibir pada populasi lain serta tidak terdapat dimorfisme seksual sidik bibir pada populasi Indonesia
