[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan manajemenkeselamatan terintegrasi, terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaankonstruksi bagi kontraktor yang berada di wilayah jabodetabek. Penelitian iniadalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian berupa survei. Hasilpenelitian menemukan bahwa kelengkapan dokumen perencanaan proyek,pemahaman kontraktor akan dokumen QS, kesadaran pekerja akan QS, sertafasilitas dan alat penunjang kegiatan QS dalam suatu penerapan sistemmanajemen mutu dan keselamatan yang terintegrasi secara serentak memberikanpengaruh sebesar 77.6% terhadap waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan.

This thesis are reviewing the implementation effect of the integrated qualityManagement and safety Management System to execution timeliness ofconstruction work for contractor at the Jabodetabek Region. This research is aquantitative study with a type of survey research.
