ABSTRAKPenelitian ini akan membahas pengelolaan risiko atas permasalahan dalam
operasional jaringan irigasi yang dapat dijadikan indikasi atas rendahnya pengelolaan
jaringan irigasi seperti kedisiplinan menjaga pola operasi tinggi bukaan pintu dan
permasalahan lainnya yang dapat dijadikan indikasi atas rendahnya pengelolaan
jaringan irigasi yaitu kondisi fisik jaringan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya
pemeliharaan terhadap jaringan irigasi. Pengelolaan risiko dalam kegiatan operasi
dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi dilakukan dengan tahapan antara lain identifikasi,
analisa, respon dan monitoring kontrol risiko, sehingga didapatkan pengelolaan
irigasi yang baik. Dimana dengan pengelolaan jaringan irigasi yang baik maka akan
dapat meningkatkan kinerja jaringan irigasi dalam meningkatkan nilai manfaat dan
pelayanan irigasi yang optimal.
Analisa data akan diolah menggunakan AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) dan
analisa level risiko untuk mendapatkan faktor risiko yang dominan dan signifikan.
Faktor risiko dominan ini yang kemudian dilakukan validasi untuk mengetahui
tindakan atau respon serta rekomendasi tindakan untuk koreksi dan pencegahan yang
diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja jaringan irigasi.

operation that can be used as an indication for lack of irrigation network
management such as self-discipline to maintain operation of door height openings
and other problems that can be used as an indication of poor irrigation network
management which is the physical network condition that caused by lack of

maintenance of irrigation networks conducted in stages, such as the identification,
analysis, response and monitoring of risk control, so it get a good irrigation
