penelitian perlu ditingkatkan. Pola identifikasi kebutuhan informasi dilakukan
dengan memahami pengetahuan yang dimiliki berkaitan dengan topik penelitian
selanjutnya menganalisis informasi yang dibutuhkan. Pola pencarian informasi
dari koleksi pribadi, perpustakaan, dan membeli. Pemanfaatan informasi melalui
penggabungan pengetahuan yang dimiliki dengan informasi yang diperoleh.
