Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad. Tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul Laporan Kasus Pasien CKD Stage 5 di Unit Perawatan Umum Lantai 4 Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Tanggal 12 Mei - 16 Mei 2014 bertujuan untuk mengetahui DRP (Drug Related Problem) yang terjadi berdasarkan terapi yang diberikan kepada pasien dan mengetahui peran Apoteker dalam mencegah keparahan CKD lebih lanjut.
