Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT. Actavis Indonesia, Jalan Raya Bogor KM. 28 Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat mengetahui regulasi dalam pembuatan obat yang diterapkan oleh PT. Actavis Indonesia dalam semua aspek kegiatan dan memahami ruang lingkup profesi secara teori dan praktek sehingga memperoleh gambaran yang jelas dan nyata mengenai tanggung jawab profesi apoteker di setiap unit industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul pengaruh pemberian buffer & suhu penyimpanan terhadap stabilitas pH sirup valproic acid. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan formula optimum sesuai persyaratan USP dan melihat pengaruh penambahan buffer serta suhu penyimpanan terhadap stabilitas pH sirup.

PKPA activity is intended that students be able to know the pharmacist profession in drug manufacturing regulations adopted by the PT. Actavis Indonesia in all aspects of the activities and understand the scope of the profession in theory and practice so as to obtain a clear picture of the real and professional responsibility of pharmacists in each unit of the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment title is the effect of the buffer and storage temperature on the stability of the pH of valproic acid syrup. The aim of this special task to get the optimum formula as per the requirements of USP and see the effect of the addition of buffer and storage temperature on the stability of the pH of the syrup.
