Tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul Evaluasi Pemberian Rekomendasi Sarana Ruang Farmasi Klinik dalam Perizinan Klinik di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok Periode Januari 2013 - Maret 2014 bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan jumlah rekomendasi sarana ruang farmasi klinik oleh Bidang Perbekalan Kesehatan, Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok periode Januari 2013 - Maret 2014.
