[ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi merupakan kegiatan wajib untuk calon apoteker peminatan industri. Industri farmasi merupakan salah satu tempat pengabdian seorang apoteker dalam dunia kerja. Dengan PKPA selama dua bulan di PT. Pradja Pharin (Prafa) calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan penjaminan mutu. Selain itu kegiatan PKPA di PT. Prafa juga memberikan pemahaman mengenai proses pemenuhan dan pelaksanaan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Hasilnya, PT. Prafa yang merupakan industri farmasi yang memproduksi sediaan solid, semi solid, liquid, dry injection, serta obat golongan cephalosporin dan betalaktam telah memenuhi dan menerapkan CPOB dengan baik.
