[Cedera tulang belakang adalah salah satu kasus keperawatan masyarakat perkotaan karena tingkat cedera akibat kecelakaan di Indonesia yang terus meningkat akibat mobilitas dengan kendaraan bermotor semakin tinggi. Hal ini berkaitan dengan faktor perkembangan perkotaan yang membuat penduduk perkotaan suka menggunakan kendaraan bermotor sebagai alat transportasi. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk analisis asuhan keperawatan masyarakat perkotaan pada pasien fraktur kompresi torakal XI-XII di lantai 5 bedah RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Fokus intervensi antara lain untuk mengatasi konstipasi, meminimalisasi rasa nyeri, dan mobilisasi awal pasca stabiliasi. Hasil dari fokus intervensi adalah penyesuaian frekuensi BAB mendekati normal, klien lebih adaptif dengan rasa nyerinya, serta klien lebih berani untuk melakukan mobilisasi pasca operasi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan dapat menurunkan masalah yang dialami oleh pasien.;Spinal cord injury is one of the urban public health because the number of the accident is being increased in Indonesia caused by mobility using motor vehicle is more increasing. The purpose of this scientific paper was to analyze the nursing process of the urban public health to the patient with compression fracture thoracic XI to XII in lantai 5 bedah RSPAD Gatot Soebroto.The focus of intervention are bowel management to reduce constipation, pain management technique, and early mobilization after stabilization. The result of the interventions are the frequencies of defecation is become normal, Client more adaptable with the pain, and Client more cooperative to do early mobilization after the surgery.
