[Lu Xun adalah salah satu sastrawan Cina modern yang menaruh perhatian pada kondisi sosialmasyarakat Cina di dalam beberapa karya sastranya. Salah satu karyanya yang terkenal adalahcerita pendek berjudul “药Yao” atau Obat. Melalui penokohan, metafora, dan gambaran kondisisosial yang terdapat dalam cerita pendek Obat, Lu Xun mengungkapkan kondisi masyarakat yangsebenarnya terjadi pada masa pemerintahan dinasti terakhir di Cina, yaitu Dinasti Qing.
