[Satuan Kerja Khusus Minyak dan Gas atau yang sering disebut SKKMIGAS merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang fungsi utamanya adalah melakukan pengawasan dan pengelolaan kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas. Namun pada pemeriksaan BPK dan KPK ditemukan bahwa Sistem Informasi untuk pengelolaan aset minyak dan gas yang dibuat SKKMIGAS tidak layak sehingga kemungkinan kesalahan pencatatan aset yang dilakukan SKKMIGAS besar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, SKKMIGAS membuat sistem pengelolaan aset yang terhubung dengan sistem informasi yang ada di beberapa lembaga pemerintahan, misalnya Dirjen Kekayaan Negara Kementerian Keuangan (DJKN). Lembaga tersebut juga memiliki Sistem Informasi untuk pemeriksaan aset negara. Agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dan memakan waktu yang banyak, dicanangkanlah Sistem Pengelolaan Aset yang terhubung dengan lembaga pemerintah tersebut di Rencana Strategis SKKMIGAS. Pada saat penelitian ini dibuat kedua sistem tersebut belum terhubung. Sistem informasi yang dihubungkan pada penelitian ini ada tiga yaitu SINAS dan SIPM yang dimiliki oleh SKKMIGAS dan SIKN yang dimiliki oleh DJKN. Metode untuk interoperabilitas antar sistem dalam penelitian ini yang akan digunakan adalah metode interoperabilitas layanan dari Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) dengan metode pertukaran data SOAP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya interoperabilitas antar ketiga sistem di SKKMIGAS dan Dirjen Kekayaan Negara dalam bentuk servis atau layanan berdasarkan kebutuhan kedua pihak. Servis yang dihasilkan yaitu servis laporan aset dan usulan perubahan aset untuk DJKN . Methodology to create interoperability between systems in this study is Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and for the data exchange use SOAP method. The results of this research are the service for interoperability between the three systems in SKKMIGAS and Director General of State Assets based on the needs of both parties. The services are service of asset reporting and service of proposed changes in asset status for DJKN. For SKKMIGAS, the services are service of Surat Keputusan (SK) proposed changes in asset status and service of inventory by DJKN.
