Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland, Australia is a city with multicultural inhabitant. Therefore, freedom of assembly in a community is very important. Brisbane’s Cultural Precinct is a place where diverse communities gather every week. Equipped with several educational buildings, Cultural Precinct becomes a very popular tourist destination for both local and international. Currently there are six buildings, standing in good shape and working properly as it was built years ago. The oldest building of the area is the QAG (Queensland Art Gallery) with almost 120 years old, while the youngest is the QAGOMA (Queensland Gallery of Modern Art), which was built on 2006. Ascertaining the Cultural precinct is high value asset, Government has planned to develop it by hiring several developers to complete the master plan planned. Millions of Australian dollar will be spend for a massive development, which to be honest very pleasing, since the government let locals involved to the master plan. As planned before, government wanted to develop Southbank as a place of artistic and cultural value where the whole community is welcomed and inspired. Along with the spirit of community and freedom of assembly, author tries to participate in development by providing a design of Banquet hall. On that account, author tries to develop a design method to bring harmony and perfection to the Cultural Precinct.
