[Skripsi ini membahas tentang ekosistem yang terbangun dalam proses pengasuhan anak pada pekerja malam (pekerja seks komersial), yaitu perubahan ekosistem yang terjadi ketika berada dipanti rehabilitasi. Pembahasan mengenai ekosistem yang terbangun dalam proses pengasuhan anak ini menggunakan Pendekatan Ekologi, dan didukung oleh beberapa konsep yaitu Keluarga, Childhood Socialization, dan Motherhood. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung pada subyek penelitian serta dukungan dari penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengasuhan anak pada pekerja malam terdapat ekosistem baru yang terbangun dan mempengaruhi proses pengauhan tersebut, serta terdapat perubahan dalam proses pengasuhan. , This thesis discusses about ecosystem in process of childcare at night workers (commercial sex worker), which buld up by ecosystem and changes that occur in home rehabilitation.
