Skripsi ini membahas mengenai sistem pemberian kompensasi Discipleship of Ministry Partner Development (DMPD) di Lembaga Pelayanan Mahasiswa Indonesia (LPMI). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dalam pemberian kompensasi DMPD, gaji yang dibayarkan kepada staf merupakan hasil usaha dana dari kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh staf itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini staf harus mencari dan mengusahakan kemitraan dengan orang lain namun tetap melakukan tugas pelayanannya di Lembaga. Walaupun pemberian kompensasi ini sangat unik, namun bagi staf tidak menjadi masalah sebab mereka memiliki pemahaman akan nilai-nilai spiritual pada lembaga ini yang tergolong dalam Faith Based Organization.

The thesis is discussing on Compensating System with ?Discipleship of Ministry Partner Development? (DMPD) in LPMI Central Indonesia. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive method. The result of this research shows that the compensation with DMPD method, salaries paid to staff is the result of funding from partnerships undertaken by the staff itself. In this case the staff must seek and pursue partnerships with other people but still have the task of ministry in the Organization. Although this compensation method is very unique from the others type of compensation in general method, but for the staff it was not a problem because they have an understanding of spiritual values in this Organization which the Organization itself is classified in Faith Based Organization.
