[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas kemampuan mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakatangkatan 2012 dalam menilai faktor yang terkait dengan utilisasi atau pemanfaatanpelayanan Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Melania di Pademangan Jakarta Utara tahun 2014.Penelitian ini menggunakan teori KQCAH, Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa faktor yang palingutama menjadi penentu dari utilisasi pelayanan Balkesmas Melania Pademangan tahun2014 adalah faktor hormat dan keperdulian.

This thesis discusses the ability of students of the Faculty of Public Health, 2012 inassessing the forces associated with the utilization factor or the utilization of theCommunity Health Center Pademangan Melania in North Jakarta in 2014.This study uses KQCAH theory, this research is quantitative research with crosssectional design.
