ABSTRAKPada proyek pembangunan pipa gas sering terjadi di PT. XYZ sering terjadi cost overrun dan time overrun salah satunya dikarenakan oleh Stakeholder Manajemen yang belum dilakukan dengan baik, stakeholder sebagai pihak yang berkepentingan erat dengan pembangunan pipa gas merupakan elemen yang penting yang perlu dikelola. Penelitian ini telah diidentifikasi kepentingan masing-masing stakeholder internal dan eksternal serta dilakukan survey untuk mengidentifikasi kepentingan dari tiap-tiap stakeholder yang berpengaruh dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja waktu dan biaya pada pembangunan pipa gas, dari hasil survey tersebut dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis terhadap stakeholder tersebut menggunakan software structural equation modelling (SmartPLS 3.0) kemudian disusun strategi dan pengelolaan hubungan termasuk didalamnya pola komunikasi antara para stakeholder sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja waktu dan biaya proyek yang berbasis PMBOK.

ABSTRACTIn the gas pipeline construction project at PT. XYZ often occur time overrun and cost overrun because of Stakeholder Management who haven’t done well, stakeholders closely with the construction of the gas pipeline is an important element that needs to be managed. This study has identified the interests of each stakeholder internal and external and conducted a survey to identify the interests of each stakeholder influence in order to improve the performance of the time and cost of the construction of a gas pipeline, from the result of the survey conduct stakeholder identification and analysis using structural equation modelling software (SmartPLS 3.0), then prepared a strategy and relationship management including communication patterns among stakeholders so as to improve the performance of the time and cost of project based PMBOK.
