Tesis ini membahas mengenai profil budaya K3 di SEBK Tahun 2014.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya K3 yang ada di SEBK Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang eksplorasi dan produksi migas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para Karyawan SEBK di fasilitas produksi migas KGPF di desa Kerendan, Kecamatan Sungai Lahei, Kabupaten Barito utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah untuk kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat.Hasil dari metode tersebut, kemudian dilakukan skoring terhadap berbagai variabel untuk kemudian dibuat grafik radar yang kemudian dianalisa oleh peneliti secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian, didapat nilai rata - rata sebesar 8,05 dengan menggunakan skala 0 - 10. Ini berarti bahwa nilai rata ? rata budaya K3 di proyekkonstruksi SEBK dapat dikatakan sudah cukup baik.

This Thesis discusses the health and safety culture profile in SEBK year 2014. This study aimed to determine the existing health and safety culture in SEBK. This company engaged in Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the SEBK employee in KGPF at Kerendan village, Sungai Lahei subdistrict, North Barito regency in Central Kalimantan province to then analyzed using univariate and bivariate method.The results of these methods, then carried the scoring on a variety of variables and then graped the radar which is then analyzed by researchers descriptively. From the result of this study, the average values is 8,05 with using the scale from 0 - 10. It means that the average score of Safety Culture in SEBK project construction is quite good.
