[Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis di suatu perusahaan, akan bertambah rumit dan penting peran pemasok (supplier) dalam menunjang dan mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan tersebut. Agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja, perusahaan perlu menjaga dan meningkatkan pula kinerja dari pemasok, hal tersebut menjadi alasan diperlukannya seleksi pemasok pada manajemen rantai pasok. Penelitian dalam Tesis ini mensimulasikan metode pengambilan keputusan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) dengan kinerja terbaik di perusahaan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) hulu migas, CNOOC SES Ltd. Metode AHP pada Tesis ini melibatkan beberapa kriteria, sub-kriteria dan alternatif yang tersedia, dimana menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sebagai sumber data utama. Setelah dilakukan seleksi pemasok menggunakan pendekatan AHP, akan didapatkan pemasok yang memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan alternatif pemasok lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa kriteria penentu utama dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal AHTS adalah kualitas dan kepatuhan. Sedangkan kriteria ketanggapan dan harga/biaya menjadi kriteria pendukung dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal AHTS di CNOOC SES Ltd. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana merupakan pemasok sewa kapal AHTS dengan kinerja terbaik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pembobotan AHP yang menyatakan bahwa pemasok tersebut memiliki nilai yang paling unggul dibandingkan dengan pemasok lainnya, baik pada kriteria utama maupun kriteria pendukung.;As the development in a company keeps growing, the complexity and importance of supplier role in supporting company?s operational activities will be increased as well. The result from this research shows that quality and compliance are the main criterias for AHTS vessels supplier selection. Meanwhile, responsiveness and price/cost are supporting criterias for AHTS vessels supplier selection in CNOOC SES Ltd. The final result of this research also shows PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana is an AHTS vessel supplier who has the best performance.
