ABSTRAKPBMC merupakan salah satu jenis kontrak yang berorientasi terhadap kinerja,
tidak berdasarkan volume pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan seperti biasanya.
Menurut William A Hyman (2009) terdapat dua puluh enam tahap business
process pada pelaksanaan PBMC dan dari studi literature terdapat delapan puluh
tiga indikator business process. Setelah melalui tahap validasi pakar, jumlah
indikator business process berkurang dua nomor dan bertambah empat nomor
sehingga menjadi delapan puluh lima indikator business process, yang kemudian
dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan statistic
deskriptif dievaluasi penerapannya pada dua pilot project penyelenggaraan jalan
nasional di Direkrorat Jenderal Bina Marga, yaitu Peningkatan Struktur Ruas
Jalan Ciasem ? Pamanukan dan Peningkatan Struktur Ruas Jalan Demak ?
