 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
PBMC merupakan salah satu jenis kontrak yang berorientasi terhadap kinerja,
tidak berdasarkan volume pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan seperti biasanya.
Menurut William A Hyman (2009) terdapat dua puluh enam tahap business
process pada pelaksanaan PBMC dan dari studi literature terdapat delapan puluh
tiga indikator business process. Setelah melalui tahap validasi pakar, jumlah
indikator business process berkurang dua nomor dan bertambah empat nomor
sehingga menjadi delapan puluh lima indikator business process, yang kemudian
dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan statistic
deskriptif dievaluasi penerapannya pada dua pilot project penyelenggaraan jalan
nasional di Direkrorat Jenderal Bina Marga, yaitu Peningkatan Struktur Ruas
Jalan Ciasem ? Pamanukan dan Peningkatan Struktur Ruas Jalan Demak ?
Trengguli.

ABSTRACT
PBMC is one type of contract that is oriented towards performance, not based on
the volume of work that has been done as usual. According to William A Hyman
(2009) there are twenty six stages of a business process on the implementation of
PBMC and based on literature study there eighty three indicators of business
process. After going through the expert validation, the number of the business
process indicator reduced by two numbers and four numbers added, thus increased
eighty five indicators of business process, which is then using Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP) and descriptive statistics were evaluated its
implementation to two pilot projects road organizing of Directorate General of
Highways, namely : Peningkatan Struktur Struktur Ruas Jalan Ciasem ?
