Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi proses terhadappelaksanaan program Bidang Capacity Building di organisasi Sahabat Anak.Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah relawan dan peran mereka sebagai pelaksanautama program, Sahabat Anak sebagai organisasi berbasis relawan melihatpentingnya manajemen relawan yang baik. Walaupun demikian, implementasiprogram bidang secara konsisten cenderung mengalami penyimpangan dariperencanaan dan evaluasi organisasi tidak mendetil. Penelitian evaluasi prosesdilakukan terhadap program bidang pada tahun 2014 untuk mengungkapkan secararinci proses bidang dalam melaksanakan program serta aspek-aspek yangmempengaruhi implementasinya menggunakan kerangka evaluasi proses yangdikembangkan oleh Saunders, Evans, Joshi (2005).

This research aims to apply process evaluation towards the programimplementations of Capacity Building Division in Sahabat Anak. As the volunteernumbers keep growing, Sahabat Anak realises the importance of organisedvolunteer management. However, the past trend of Capacity Building Division?sprograms show a tendency of alteration in program implementation and inicompleteevaluation. Thus, this process evaluation research aims to reveal in detail about howthe division enforces its programs as well as facets that may influence the programimplementation.
