Tesis ini membahas pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dalampenerapan manajemen risiko studi pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui survei terhadapkaryawan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap penerapan manajemenrisiko, selanjutnya budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap penerapanmanajemen risiko serta gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruhpositif terhadap penerapan manajemen risiko.
