Laporan ini menjelaskan latar belakang, struktur dan pengembangan kelompok yang saya ditugaskan selama magang saya di salah satu perusahaan akuntansi dan konsultasi keuangan terkemuka di Indonesia yang disebut RSM AAJ. Perilaku dan peran masing-masing anggota dan konflik yang terjadi selama magang dan bagaimana konflik itu dikelola akan dijelaskan.
