Makalah non skripsi ini membahas tentang kegagalan governance dalam dua klub olahraga di Australia yaitu The Essendon Football Club dan The Cronulla Sharks Rugby Leagues Club. Laporan ini mengkaji isu-isu etis yang terjadi di tahun 2011 sampai 2012 termasuk pelanggaran the Code of Ethics of the Australian Accounting Profession oleh manajemen tim, kegalalan oleh board dalam memonitor staf, dan terjadinya kecurangan-kecurangan (fraud) oleh staf klub.

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses about the failure of corporate governance in two sports clubs, which are The Essendon Football Club and The Cronulla Sharks Rugby Leagues Club.
