Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Nine-Eighteen bertujuan untuk memahami peran apoteker di apotek serta tata cara pengelolaan dan pelayanan apotek yang baik melalui pengamatan langsung kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA. Mempelajari tata cara berkomunikasi yang efektif dengan pasien terutama saat memberikan penjelasan dan uraian mengenai terapi suatu penyakit, serta tata cara membantu pasien dalam melakukan kegiatan swamedikasi.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) in Nine-Eighteen Pharmacy aims at understanding the role of the pharmacist in the pharmacy as well as procedures for the management and good pharmacy services through direct observation of the activities carried out during the PKPA. Furthermore, learning the procedures to communicate effectively with patients, especially when giving an explanation and description of the treatment of a disease, as well as procedures to help patients in selfmedication activities.
