Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia BPK RI merupakan satu lembaga negara yang bebas dan mandiri dalam memeriksa pengelolaan dan tanggung jawab keuangan negara Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di BPK diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hubungan yang sinergi antara BPK dengan pihak eksternal dan antara pihak pihak internal BPK sehingga optimalisasi pengelolaan dan tanggung jawab keuangan Negara dapat segera tercapai Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Persuratan SIAP merupakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan tahun 2012 untuk mendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi dalam bidang administratif penyebaran informasi melalui surat menyurat antar sesama internal BPK maupun ke eksternal BPK Berdasarkan data log statistik SIAP pada bulan April 2014 diketahui bahwa unit kerja yang aktif menggunakan SIAP untuk administrasi persuratan hanya 23 dari keseluruhan unit kerja yang sudah implementasi SIAP Salah satu sebabnya karena penerimaan acceptance pegawai terhadap sistem ini masih sangat rendah Hal ini yang membuat peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pegawai BPK RI terhadap Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Persuratan Model penelitian yang dikembangkan merupakan hasil modifikasi teori Technology Acceptance Model TAM dengan penambahan variabel eksternal Social Influence Facilitating Condition Self Efficacy dan User Training Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan pengolahan dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM sebagai alat analisisnya Dari perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Persuratan Faktor faktor tersebut adalah Social Influence User Training Self Efficacy memiliki korelasi positif terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi keinginan pegawai untuk menggunakan Intention to Use SIAP untuk administrasi persuratan di lingkungan BPK RI
