The purpose of the research to predict some factor influencing divident policy of companies. Factors that are predicted influencing divident policy in this research are focused on 4 factors: cash position, leverage, growth, and current ratio. The research examines financial statement of 254 public companies that are listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange from December 31, 2003 until December 31, 2005. The results of this research are in the year of 2003 independent variable current ratio gives significant in influence on divident payout ratio, and in the year of 2004-2005 independent variable gives significant to divident payout ratio is cash position. For year 2003-2005 only cash position that gives significant influence on divided payout ratio.
