Incest committed by immediate family members is usually considered as a family disgrace. Thus, if there are other family members who know about it, usually they will jeep it secret, so the case will be hidden and the crime find a safe place to hide. This paper raised a case about a family tragedy in Cimahi, West Java. The case is about parental violence (the father) to his daughter, in the form of sexual abuse, threats, to reape that resulted her daughter to be pregnant. This paper studies the judge's consideration of the case and what step to overcome such a problem.
