Indonesian athletes get reasonably the same guidance and training. Unfortunately they show different level of achievement, regarding particularly the frequency and quality of their achievement. It is argued that achievement motivation level differences and personality type are influential enough for the achievement differences. The purpose of this research is to find the achievement motivation differences between the introvert Kempo athletes and the extrovert ones in the DKI Jakarta Province. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, The valid and reliable achievement motivation scale and Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI) were given to 120 participants. Independent sample t-test statistical technique showed that there were noo significantly achievement motivation differences among the athletes, based on their personality type (t=1.201; p> .05).
