Kolok's people in Bengkala is people with hearing impairment and deafness. The number of those people in Bengkala are 40 or about 2% of total inhabitants. By handling social inclusion, auditory health cares in Bengkala can be used as a pilot program so there will be an empowerment in dealing with the disables to be able to live normal life properly.
