Gadjah Mada University (GMU) archives is college archives in UGM. GMU archives services shall convene archives to the public , it is necessary to set the instrument. GMU archives service has met the standards by providing List Archives Collection, that called DKA. The addition of archival collections resulted in the additions of DKA and add along time to search the archive. Regulation of archival services have not been able to address the needs of particular users archives in speed, accuracy, and services assurance. Therefore GMU archives archival systems design services web-based Static Archival Information System, that called SIKS. SIKS designed to answers the demand of users with technology. Means the rediscovery of both DKA and SIKS archives cannot function properly without the support of archival services such as, chamber instruments, rules, equipment, human resources, and other supporting facilities.
