Tectonically Indonesia is influenced by the interaction of both oceanic and continental plate. One of the tectonic phenomena is volcano-photonic activities. Those occurred during late Cenozoic within the tectonic complex zones of the volcanic arcs result in precious and base metallic mineral deposition. Yet the weathering process to those deposits produces secondary metallic minerals.
