In Bali province, using a number of modifying factors to determine the average of land for settlement and for agricultural purposes, with the population of 2,777,356 inhabitants in 1990 as the basic year, it will attain the saturation point of land use in 2003, 2008, 2009, and 2010. The land in the year of saturation will be composed of 6.61-7.57 settlements, 69.36-76.3% for agriculture, 0.67% for mining and 22.41% will be occupied by forest.
