The aim is to delineate areas of radiological hazards within and in the surrounding of two selected heavy mineral processing plants. For this purpose, gamma radiations were measured at points in regular grids, except in areas with high radiation the grid distance was condensed to less than the design one. The final results are contour maps of external gamma radiation with coordinates corresponding to the map of the site.
