Pengaruh spiritual capital dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan

 Abstrak

The purpose of the present research is to analyze the effect of spiritual capital and incentives on the employees' performance. The survey method used in the study was conducted by distributing the questionnaires to 100 employees of Hosana Medica Lippo Cikarang. The results indicate that the spiritual capital and incentives affect the performance significantly. In addition, it was found that the incentives were the dominant factor that affects the employee's performance.
