The rapid development of aviation technology will bring the implication for the demands of pilot's professionalism. An important component in improving the professionalism is the quality of education system in Indonesian Air Force Flying School. The efforts to provide all the aviation knowledge to student in that school, always optimised by using internal and external sources of knowledge. One source of knowledge from outside the organisation is lesson learned from the results of investigation of PPKPU. However there are obstacles faced in the optimisation of the implementation of the education system that is unable to capture as many as possible of sources of knowledge and transfer it to students. This research is a study of KMS in Indonesian Air Force FLying School, reviewing the missing link between lesson learned resulted from the PPKPU.
