In Islam to settle dispute peacefully or reconciliation is acceptable, even it is recommended as far as relates to the rights of the people based on justice. In order the decision of reconciliation has a legal effect to the parties, it is necessarily to request the court to strengthen the reconciliation to be the court decision. In addition, if in the future, one of the parties does not obey the reconciliation, the reconciliation can be forced by the court to be executed.
