In line with 16 June, 1930 Commeration of the famous Soekarno, prior to become the first president of Republic Indonesia , 'Indonesia Menggugat/Indonesia's Claim' in Bandung's Netherlands of Indies Court, which punished Soekarno for three and half years prison, for questioning the natural rights of the Indigenous Indonesia's natural ressources endowments: I am writing the articulation of the basic questions: is it/ the Indonesian rich natural resources endowments blessed or cursed? The current outcome of the natural resources exploitation had created the environmental destruction, alternatively in modern language parlance the excessive mining extractions and the deforestation affect the climate change.
