This research aimed to knnow disparity of economic growing in Riau Province between regency. The data was analyzed with Kuadran System, Williamson Indeks, entropi Theil Indeks and the proof of Kuznets Hypotesis. From the research, can conclussion that only Pekanbaru city in first Kuadran (high growth and high income). The area that category into high growth but low income in Pelalawan, Kuantan Singingi, Indragiri Hulu and Siak Regency...
