Menurut MDGs pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS merupakan pengetahuan mengenai penularan dan pencegahan HIV/AIDS yang terdiri dari 5 kategori. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS dengan perilaku berisiko pada remaja belum menikah usia 15-24 tahun di Indonesia. Desain studi penelitian adalah desain cross- sectional dengan menggunakan data SDKI-KRR tahun 2012. Hasil uji penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase perilaku berisiko pada responden adalah 7,4% sedangkan persentase remaja yang mengetahui pengetahuan komprehensif adalah 27,5%. Analisis multivariabel menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS dengan perilaku berisiko HIV pada remaja belum menikah (P = 0,359).

Comprehensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS is a knowledge about transmission and prevention of HIV/AIDS are elaborated based on 5 things, namely: HIV can be prevented by having sex only with husband/wife, do not needles sharing, using condom when having sex with risky partner, HIV can?t be spread by eating within on plate with the people effected by HIV, and HIV can?t be spread through mosquito bites. This study was conducted to know how the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS with risk behavior of HIV in unmarried adolescent age 15 ? 24 years old in Indonesia. Study design is observational study with cross-sectional design, using the Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey ? Adolescent Reproductive Health in 2012. Total respondents are 17.194 adolescents. Chi-squared test result of this study demonstrate is percentage of risky behavior unmarried adolescent was 7,4% while the percentage of comprehensive knowledge was 27,5%. Multivariate analysis showed there no significant relationship between the comprehensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS with risk behavior of HIV in unmarried adolescent (P = 0,359).
