[Penulisan ini membahas mengenai pengaturan hukum Hak Cipta, terutama Hak Moral dan Hak Ekonomi, pada Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta dikaitkan dengan pemberlakuan Sensor Film yang diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2009 tentang Perfilman. Pembahasan mengenai hukum Hak Cipta dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan pengaturan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta, terutama pada perbandingan pengaturan Hak Moral dan Hak Ekonominya. Selanjutnya, penulisan ini juga membahas sekilas industri perfilman Indonesia dan menganalisis pelaksanaan Sensor Film yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Sensor Film sebagai salah satu lembaga negara Indonesia.;The focus of this study is about Copyright Law regulation, especially concerningMoral Right and Economic Right, in Law Number 28 of 2014 related to theimplementation of Film Censorship that mandated by Law Number Number 33 of2009.
