[Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen program penanggulangan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Sukmajaya Kota Depok tahun 2015. Data dicari menggunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam dengan informan berjumlah enam orang yang berasal dari petugas program penanggulangan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Sukmajaya Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah input (petugas HIV/AIDS, dana, sarana, logistik, kebijakan), proses (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kemitraan, penggerakkan/pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penyebab tidak tercapainya target pada program penanggulangan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Sukmajaya Kota Depok adalah jumlah tenaga pelaksana kurang, kelancaran pencairan dana sering terlambat, sarana yang dibutuhkan masih belum lengkap, belum baiknya perencanaan di Puskesmas, kurang optimalnya kerja sama dengan mitra yang dekat dengan masyarakat, kurangnya
penggerakkan dari pimpinan, belum optimalnya pengawasan dan evaluasi dari pimpinan.;This study discusses about the management of HIV/AIDS in the health center of Sukmajaya, Depok in 2015.
