[Penelitian ini mencoba menguji faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perceived value, dan
transaction cost terhadap repurchase intention. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan
data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan diolah dengan metode analisis
SEM. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perceived value dan transaction cost berpengaruh
