[Skripsi ini pertama menjelaskan praktik-praktik illegal bunkering di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif berdasarkan putusan International Tribunal on The Law of The Sea. Kemudian skripsi ini juga menganalisa mengenai hak dan kewajiban negara pantai maupun tidak berpantai di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif yang tercantum di dalam UNCLOS 1982 serta menganalisa pengaturan berbagai negara mengenai kegiatan bunkering di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif. Selanjutnya dalam skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai penerapan ketentuan hukum internasional dalam penegakan hukum atas kegiatan illegal bunkering di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif Indonesia serta membahas bagaimana praktik negara Indonesia dalam mengatur kegiatan bunkering di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif Indonesia.;This study explains the practices of illegal bunkering in the exclusive economic zone based on the decision of the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea. Then this research analyzes the rights and obligations of the Coastal State as well as non-coastal state in Exclusive Economic Zone under UNCLOS 1982 and analyzes regulation of several states on bunkering activities in Exclusive Economic Zone.
