ABSTRAKPekerjaan uji kuat tekan beton silinder adalah pekerjaan yang berisiko terkena Musculoskeletal symptoms. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan disain penelitian cross-sectional yang menggambarkan tingkat risiko ergonomi yang dapat menyebabkan Musculoskeletal symptoms pada pekerja di Laboratorium Struktur dan Material UI tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode REBA untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko pada postur kerja yang dialami oleh para pekerja uji kuat tekan beton silinder dan kuesioner Nordic Questionnaires untuk mengetahui keluhan Musculoskeletal symptoms pada seluruh pekerja yang berjumlah 5 pekerja. Faktor-faktor yang dikaitkan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor lingkungan (pencahayaan dan Layout kerja) serta faktor individu seperti usia, masa kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko musculoskeletal symptoms sangat tinggi terjadi pada aktivitas pekerjaan mengangkat beton silinder ke troli, mendorong troli dan memindahkan beton silinder ke meja. yang dilakukan oleh pekerja uji kuat tekan beton di Laboratorium Struktur dan Material, dengan skor akhir penilaian REBA mencapai nilai 12. Keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms terbanyak terjadi pada bagian punggung dan pinggang (100%).

ABSTRACTConcrette Cylinder Compressive strength test is high-risk job of developing musculoskeletal symptoms. This is a descriptive observational study with cross-sectional study design, that describe the risk level of ergonomic that can lead to musculoskeletal symptoms in the Laboratory Structure and Material UI 2015 . This study uses REBA method to determine the risk level of ergonomic experienced by the workers and uses Nordic questionnaires to know the complaints of musculoskeletal symptoms on the whole workers which amount to 5 workers. Factor-factor which are linked to this research is Environment Factor (Lighting and Work Layout) and individual factors such as age, work period. These results showing that a very high risk of musculoskeletal symptoms occurs in lifting concrete, pushing trolley, moving concrete to table that conducted by workers of concrete cylinder compressive strength test at Laboratory Structure and Material, with the final score of REBA is 12. Mostly complaints of musculoskeletal disorders occurs in part of body which is back and waist (100%).
