ABSTRAK
"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis staf pendidikan Administrasi disiplin kerja""Pusat Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Indonesia. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana staf pendidikan disiplin kerja Administrasi Pusat Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah pendekatan pasca positivisme dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, staf pendidikan disiplin kerja Administrasi Pusat Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Indonesia belum semua dipatuhi. Ada beberapa aspek dari disiplin yang harus ditingkatkan karena tidak ada Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), tidak adanya keputusan aturan baru dan tidak ada reward and punishment di FISIP UI. Adapun aspek-aspek dari disiplin yang harus ditingkatkan, yaitu pelaksanaan pekerjaan oleh SOP, menggunakan id -card, dan penggunaan waktu kerja. "

ABSTRACT
"This study aims to analyze the educational staff work discipline Administration""Center Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia. The question in this research is how the educational staff work discipline Administration Center Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia. The approach used for this study is the approach of post-positivism and the purpose of this research is descriptive. Based on the results of research, educational staff working discipline Administration Center Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia have not all obeyed. There are several aspects of the discipline that should be improved because there is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the absence of decree new rules and there is no reward and punishment in FISIP UI. As for the aspects of the discipline which must be improved, namely the implementation of the work by SOP, use id-card, and the use of working time."
