Skripsi ini mengkaji penyebab rendahnya penemuan kasus baru Tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Cinere tahun 2015. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa unsur input, jumlah SDM sudah memenuhi standar minimal berdasarkan pedoman nasional penanggulangan Tb tetapi berdasarkan rasio jumlah penduduk belum mencukupi, Pelatihan,
Anggaran, Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Kebijakan di Puskesmas Cinere sudah cukup baik untuk penemuan kasus baru Tb, begitu juga dengan unsur proses, penjaringan suspek, pelayanan KIE Tb, pemeriksaan kontak serumah dan kemitraan sudah dilakukan dengan oleh Puskesmas Cinere. Kendala dalam penemuan kasus baru Tb di Puskesmas Cinere adalah kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya memeriksakan diri ke Puskesmas masih rendah, mitos mitos buruk akan penyakti Tb masih menjadi stigma di masyarakat, keengganan masyarakat untuk berobat ke puskesmas karena mereka malu akan penyakit Tb sehingga masyarakat pergi ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan lain yang belum terstandar DOTS. Berkoordinasi dengan
Rumah Sakit, Klinik, dan Dokter Praktek yang belum terstandar DOTS dapat membantu meningkatkan penemuan kasus baru Tb.
