Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran secara jelas mengenai penggunaan perpustakaan Lembaga pemasyarakatan Cipinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para narapidana Lapas. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan penggunaan perpustakaan sebegai sarana penunjang pendidikan bagi para narapidana, Selain sebagai sarana pendidikan, perpustakaan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan juga berdampak baik bagi narapidana dikarenakan waktu luang yang mereka miliki digunakan untuk hal yang positif, khususnya dalam mencari informasi.

The aim of this research is to describe the use of the Prison Cipinang Library. This research, used quantitative approach with survey method. Respondents were prison inmates.
